Many people come to yoga sensing a quiet imbalance - in their body, their energy, or the pace of daily life. Perhaps you’re holding  a lot, with a need to carve out some space - aware that something more grounded is possible.

Yoga offers a way to return to yourself through conscious movement and breath. As the body softens and strengthens, the mind quietens, and a deeper sense of clarity and ease begins to emerge.

Whether you’re seeking steadiness during a demanding season, space to slow down, or a practice that supports both strength and sensitivity, yoga creates the conditions for a more balanced, connected way of living.

Each session is an invitation to move with intention, listen inward and cultivate vitality - on and off the mat.

What to Expect

Each yoga session I hold is guided with care, presence and intention. You’ll be led through a considered combination of movement, breath, meditation and rest, designed to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Classes offer space to explore at your own pace, listening to your body and meeting yourself where you are. Whether energising or deeply restorative, each session is an invitation to reconnect - to strength, softness and inner steadiness.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, clear and supported, with tools you can carry into everyday life.

My own route into yoga.

Yoga has been a profound support for both my physical and mental health. In my mid-twenties, I navigated diagnoses of depression and PTSD, experiences that became the catalyst for exploring yoga, conscious breathing and meditation more deeply.

As I began practising different modalities regularly, I eventually discovered Kundalini Yoga - a turning point that changed my life. The practice became a powerful tool for resilience and transformation, allowing my nervous system to settle, my body to feel stronger, and my relationship with life to soften and open again.

Today, I offer a potent blend of asana, kriya (specific sequences), breathwork, meditation, mantra and relaxation. Together, these practices build strength, vitality and a stable inner foundation, supporting you to meet life’s challenges with confidence and lightness.

Workshops & Retreats

My workshops and retreats are created to encourage you to find that vital and radiant being you are.

The spaces I create are inclusive and supportive of all abilities and levels, whether you are new to yoga or a dedicated teacher practicing a different modality.

I believe yoga is a living, evolving practice, enriched through shared experience.
